3. Customisation Policy
• We only customize our own designs (size & color).
• All customized orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• We are not responsible for fitting issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Payments & Advance Policy
• All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
• Selected orders may require partial or full advance payment.
• Orders requiring advance will only be processed after payment confirmation.
• Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Domestic shipping via TCS (24–48 hours after dispatch).
• International shipping worldwide via DHL, Aramex, or SkyNet (3–7 working days after dispatch).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, customs, or external factors.
6. Returns & Exchanges
• Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Exchange is only applicable in case of a major defect or incorrect item.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
• Used or worn items will not be accepted under any condition.
7. User Accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or suspicious activity.
8. Order Refusal & Fraud Prevention
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Any false claims, disputes, or misuse may result in order cancellation, blacklisting, or legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or external disruptions beyond our control.
