  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • If your order is canceled, we will notify you via your provided contact information.

4. Payments & Advance Policy

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • Some products may require advance payment before processing.

  • Not all items require advance payment. If the article you ordered requires it, our customer support team will contact you after the order is placed with details and payment instructions.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed (if required).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic shipping via M&P Courier: 14–16 business days.

  • International shipping is handled manually. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM for such orders.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed terms. Customized and sale items are generally non-returnable.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.
