At Fehmidayousuf Official, we maintain a strict zero refund and exchange policy, with very limited exceptions. Please review the terms carefully before placing an order.

🚫 No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds are only granted if:

  • The item received is not the same as shown in the pictures or described on our website.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item:

  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Share clear photographs of the item showing the discrepancy.

If the claim is approved, a refund will be processed via your original payment method or store credit.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges for Customized Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized articles (custom sizing or color variations).

  • Sale items or discounted pieces.

Customized orders are made specially for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

🔁 Standard Exchanges (Non-Custom Orders Only)

If you face issues like sizing or receive a faulty standard item (non-customized), you may be eligible for a one-time exchange.

To proceed:

  1. Notify Us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Return the Item in unworn, original condition within the next 24 hours.

  3. Exchange Processed once we receive and inspect the product.
