Return & Refund Policy

 

At Fehmidayousuf Official, we maintain a strict no-refund policy with limited exceptions. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy
• Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances.
• All customized orders (including size, color, or any modifications) are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

2. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
– Incorrect item delivered
– Major manufacturing defect

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

3. Non-Eligible Cases
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
• Variations in laces, tassels, or embellishments due to availability
• Size or fitting issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Change of mind after order placement

4. Return Process (If Approved)
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned items will be inspected before approval of exchange.
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the stated conditions.

5. International Orders
• Refunds are not applicable on international orders.
• Any approved exchange will require the customer to bear both return and re-shipping charges.

6. Important Conditions
• Claims involving used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
• False or fraudulent claims may result in order refusal, account restriction, or permanent blacklisting.
• All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of the company.
